1. Contact/DM guidelines and restrictions
• The terms below apply to all forms of communication, regardless of the site or location.
• I do not accept references that contain nudity or sexual content that are either explicit or suggestive.
• I do not accept references with file types such as .tgz .app .dmg or .zip. Please try to use .png, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif, and similar file types.
• I require a visual character reference, I do not take written character appearances.

2. Payment and cancellation
• I can do simple mock-ups or sketches before payment. I cannot start on coloring, lining, or refining until I receive payment.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, however you will receive a full refund regardless of the commission's status.
• Refund amount varies by the progress of the commission. Any stage before coloring will be a 100% refund.
• I will not continue work on a refunded commission piece; I do not finish refunded commissions upon request.

3. Ownership and commercial use
• Please credit me (@RAWRBARKS) as the original designer. Feel free to tag me as well, though it is not required. I love seeing my designs used!
• You may resell, trade, or gift the character, but you must inform the new owner of these terms —these terms cannot be changed or altered if the character still predominantly uses my original design. This does not apply to redesign commissions.
• Do not edit my artwork to be nsfw or suggestive. I am uncomfortable with my art being sexualised or altered in a sexual manner. However, I acknowledge your right as the owner to include the character in nsfw or suggestive topics if you wish, but I request you do not use or edit the original artwork to do so.
